  • What is LUSE?
    LUSE (Let Us Speak English) is an English conversation platform that stands apart from conventional methods. It is fun and caters to a wide audience. The aim is to enhance English speaking skills in private and group sessions without using other languages. To learn more about the instructor, you can visit here.
  • How long can I use the lessons included in the subscription?
    The lesson quantities included in the subscription packages must be used within the specified subscription period. Unused lessons after the specified period will be considered as used. During the purchase of the subscription, the subscription start date can be determined to set the subscription period.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time. If there are any discounts on previously used lessons compared to the individual lesson price within the canceled subscription, the remaining balance, after deducting those discounts and taxes, can be refunded, and the subscription can be canceled.
  • Can I try a session?
    To ensure that the content suits you, you can make a reservation request for the 15-minute free lessons available on the Sessions page.
  • Can I cancel/change my reservation?
    Reservation cancellations or changes can be made up to 5 days prior to the lesson start date. You can use the "My Appointments" section in your profile for this purpose.
  • Bir kerede birden fazla rezervasyon yapabilir miyim?
    Bir kerede birden fazla randevu oluşturmak şu anda mümkün değil. Her bir randevuyu oluşturduktan sonra başka bir randevu oluşturabilir, uzun süreli ve/veya tekrarlayan randevular için contact@luse.info adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.
  • How does the session system work?
    There are two categories of lessons available on the platform: Private Sessions and Group Sessions. Private Sessions can be purchased individually or in monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month packages. After the purchase, you can select an available session from the appointment calendar in the profile menu and create a booking. Once the booking is made, the Zoom link provided will be used for the sessions. Group Sessions are pre-scheduled sets of sessions with fixed dates and times. Detailed information about each set can be found on the set's page in the information section. When you register, you will have access to all the lessons within the set.   • How can I make payment?
    You can make payments securely with a credit card through the PayU's payment service, iyzico.
  • How can I redeem e-Gift Cards?
    To use gift cards, you can make a reservation using the calendar on the "Sessions > Private Sessions" page. On the payment page that appears after making the reservation, select the "Use gift card" checkbox and enter your gift card code in the provided field. If the price of your selected reservation is lower than the gift card limit, you can continue to use the remaining balance by reusing the code. If the reservation price exceeds the gift card limit, you can use the gift card by paying the difference. Note: Gift cards cannot currently be used for session sets.
