Our Website offers online session booking services, which are conducted using the Zoom platform. You understand and acknowledge that the use of Zoom is subject to Zoom's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any issues, disruptions, or liabilities arising from your use of Zoom or any related services.

2.3. Account Creation

Certain features or services on the Website may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you make a payment for our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All payments are processed through our payment provider, iyzico (a Payu company). We do not store your credit card information. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by iyzico's terms of service and privacy policy.

4.2. Refunds

Refunds for our services are subject to our refund policy, which can be found down below. Please review the refund policy carefully before making a payment.

Refund Policy

The sessions within the package must be used within the specified time frame. Unused sessions within the specified time frame will be considered as used.
Reserved sessions can be changed and/or canceled up to 5 days before the lesson time. After this time, session cancellation/modification is not possible.
For package cancellations, you can send an email to info@luseenglish.com. Refunds for package cancellations will be processed after deducting taxes and discounts from used sessions based on the Single Session rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or any services offered on or through the Website. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Website.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any rights of third parties.

7. Modification and Termination
